Before I file a bug, I want to know wether pther people have noticed it, or if it is due to the fact that I use Parallels (a VM program).
1) No border on the popup windows during the installation
I hadn't noticed during my install but a quick test shows there's no border on them on my Acer laptop, so it's not just due to parallels.
2) When I use the 1 CD installation, minimal textmode, when it goes on to the formatting, I get the following error which prevents installation: Error Failure acured during the following action: Setting disk-label of disk /dev/hda to msdos system. Error code was: -1008
I'm not sure if this is due to the fact I'm installing on an already partitioned drive but I get an error saying that parted can't read my partition table, basically can't do anything to the partitions and, due to this, can't provide any default partitioning, software or boot options. Importing an fstab from a previous install corrects all these errors. Unfortunately, that's as far as I can go with the install as I've not yet updated one of my desktop systems to 10.1 and don't want to lose my only 10.1 build machine.
