Just merging booth suse-trees of the 5 CD set and the add-on CD + recreating the metadata should be everything you need to do to prepare a DVD... in theory ;) I have edited the file to make a new media.1/media file.
At this moment I am working on it to make it possible to add a directory of RPM files to suse/, like e.g. /usr/src/packages/RPMS/*
So when you have RPM files (MPlayer or libdvd anybody), you can still make one DVD very easily. Download any iso('s), be it CD or DVD. Run it with the -a option and you can install them already in the beginning.
Nice if you want to install on several machines or give away iso's.
Thanks, I think this will really help/assist with the advance of SUSE
Linux and the OpenSuSE project.
Are the changes going to be available for the next beta5? Or are they
going to have to wait to the RC's?
