De vez en cuando el bus usb dice que no hay nada conectado

Hola:

Pues eso, que algunas veces, al despertar el ordenador (suse 9.3) el usb
dice que no hay nada conectado, y lo hay.

He probado reiniciando el hald, el dbus... nada. El kernel sabe que tiene
el bus ahí:

pero no ve lo que está conectado al bus, ni desenchufando y volviendolo a
enchufar, ni enchufando dispositivos nuevos, ni cambiándolos de enchufe.

Antiguamente, hubiera usado "rchotplug restart", pero ese comando ya no
existe.

¿Que hago? Lo único que se que funciona es rebotar :-/
