The class B address range for private networks is 172.16.0.0 to 172.32.0.0 each of which could have up to 2^16-2 hosts (65534) so probably one will do. However using such a large address space with many computers, as the numbers of computers increase so does the possibility of collisions occuring, which may outweigh the advantages. To cut down on collisions, make sure switches are used rather than hubs. Regards Bill
