In theory you may only sell on CALs that have not been used (i.e. not
opened)
However, how one goes about proving the status of licences if the servers
have been scrapped is anyone's guess.
CALs appear to be transferrable from server to server within a network, or
within a single organisation.
Not much help, but there again it _is_ MS.

Paul.

Subject: [suse-linux-uk-schools] NT client access licences

Hi
We have a big pile of NT client access licences, and happily, no NT servers
any more. Does anyone know if we can sell the licences to someone else? Our
lea contacts seem to think not, and since I haven't got one here to read I
can't say whether or not they are correct.
Cheers
