Fiddled around with printing on the network today.... AM: Had a normal working SAMBA network. PM attached a printer to a WIN98 machine, installed File and Print Sharing from Networking, followed instructions in various books and had the network printing within 10 mins.....but the network now consists of just the printer, any mention of the shared files from Linux are gone.......Removed printer and print sharing...still no network at Windows level (ie Pinging still fine) ?????? James
