hi all maybe i don't understand the concept fully, but one way would be to email the stuff to be printed to a central 'user' and then batch print them after perusal to a local printer attached to the machine. There are a couple of postscript/ghostscript viewers around on Linux systems you could use to examine the files. We are currently implementing a new Learning Resources Centre with 100 new PC's running Windows 98. We are looking for a way for all machines to send their printouts to a single machine which a member of staff can use to send to a specific non-networked printer.
Does anyone have any ideas?
