One for the Gurus...well at least more of a GURU than myself... I have a lap top with SUSE 6.3 running everything...well almost.. I can telnet to it and start a X session from a PC using the usual export DISPLAY = w.x.y.z I have a trial copy of GNOME's Xserver for Acorn machines. This requires an XDM connection (or if it doesn't I don't know how to start it) Having set up everything I was told to by Gnome on the Acorn side I keep getting Authorisation refused and the Acorn Xserver stops before it starts. I can ping each from both by name and number. Is there anything I have to look at and enable on the Linux side? -- Alan Davies Head of Computing Birkenhead School
