[opensuse-doc] New Build Targets in Documentation:Tools

      Hello mates,

i've just added two new Buildtargets in Documentation:Tools:
* openSUSE_12.2 and
* KDE_Release_49_openSUSE_12.2.

Also i've added these targets to calibre.

BTW, what are with the packages:
* docbook-xsl-stylesheets and
* python-optcomplete ?
Do we need them in the new Buildtargets?
