das glaube ich nicht. Ich bin dem Namen auch aufgesessen, der Font steckt in dem Paket misc-console-font.
siehe: rpm -qf /opt/kde3/share/fonts/console8x16.pcf.gz misc-console-font-3.5.10.1-77.1.x86_64 [..] In den Konfigurationsmenü von konsole wird explizit "Console" und "Misc Console" je als ein Font gelistet. Auf einem anderen Rechner auf dem das Paket misc-console-font auch installiert ist, wird im Konfig-Menü von konsole der Font "Misc Console" nicht aber der gesuchte Font "Console" angeboten.
Dann mußt du den "Holzhammer" rausholen und, wenn der 'Console' Font eingestellt ist: strace -eopen konsole 2>&1 | egrep -i '(pcf|bdf|[ot]tf|pf[ab])' BTW: Es kann auch gut sein, daß einer der Namen ein "fontconfig" Alias ist ...
