OK, das macht Sinn. Ratio gibt also an wieviel % des RAM virtuell nochmal zum Adreßraum dazugerechnet wird. Meine Formel bezog sich auf folgenden Satz aus Documentation/vm/overcommit-accounting: 2 - Don't overcommit. The total address space commit for the system is not permitted to exceed swap + a configurable percentage (default is 50) of physical RAM.
