SuSE 9.2 erkennt meine Samsung ATA-100 IDE Platte nicht am Promise SATA Kontroller (PDC20378), obwohl im BIOS die Platte korrekt erkannt wird. Ich fahe den Rechner im IDE und nicht im RAID Mode. Sata_promise Modul wird beim Kontrollercheck in Yast auch gefunden und ist auch in mkinitrd eingetragen. Also ich habe hier mehrere TX2/4 irgendwas, da geht auch kein PATA...liegt nicht an Suse sondern am 2.6.x Kerneltreiber, der den PATA Teil nicht unterstützt. Hotplug geht auch nicht an SATA. Unter Win*o** Treibern geht alles...

Ich hab alle möglichen Kombination in der Bootreihenfolge ausprobiert. Keine Änderung Hier kommt mein dmesg. Jedewede Hilfe/Kommentare sehr willkommen. Gruss Michael
