Hallo Liste,
Etwas ratlos sitze ich vor den logfiles eines 1und1-root-servers und weiß einfach nicht, wo ich ansetzen soll.
Nach Änderungen an der vsftpd.conf wollte ich xinetd restarten.
Das ging schief (siehe log), mir unerklärlich warum (da ich nix an bind oder grundsätzlich an der xinetd.conf geändert habe).
Nach einem reboot des systems (shutdown -rn now) konnte ich den Server auf allen Ports nicht mehr erreichen. Nach einem Start mit dem rescue-System (dank 1und1) sah ich in /var/log/messages folgenden Ablauf (siehe log).
warum hört sshd auf 0.0.0.0:25 ?
Wo steht das? Ich sehe unten nur :22 ? 25 wäre smtp, denke Du hast einen Mailserver der da hört.
Warum erreiche ich nix mehr? Was kann ich tun ?
In der Neuzeit gibt es viele Services die als Daemonen laufen, sprich nicht mehr über den (x)inetd. Kann es sein, dass diese bereits laufen, wenn (x)inetd versucht sich an den Port zu binden? Was für Software läuft den so? Was sagt "netstat -anlp | grep LISTEN"?
Google hilft mir leider nicht weiter... Ich tüftele mal weiter, wäre nett, wenn mir jemand auf die Sprünge helfen könnte.
