Sollte das nicht gehen, Festplatten umtauschen, LILO in den MBR der Windowsplatte installieren und von dort aus dann Linux starten. Linux hat keine Probleme damit, von der zweiten Platte zu starten.

Erste Platte abgeklemmt, Windows installiert, erste Platte wieder anklemmen und Voila. Das dürfte auch dem kollegen mit dem langen Namen weiterhelfen, denn in der lilo.conf ist statt hd0 und hd1 -> /dev/hda und /dev/hdb einzutragen. ciao fred -- ...einmal glaubte ich zu irren, doch ich täuschte mich !!!
