man mpg123: -s, --stdout The decoded audio samples are written to standard output, instead of playing them through the audio device. This option must be used if your audio hardware is not supported by mpg123. The output format is raw (headerless) linear PCM audio data, 16 bit, stereo, host byte order. Den Output kannst du hinpipen wo du willst. man sox: The input and output files may be read from standard in and out. This is done by specifying '-' as the filename. Martin -- when in danger or in doubt, run in circles, scream and shout! pgp-key: via wwwkeys.de.pgp.net, key id is 0x21eec9b0
