Das ist bei mir genau so. Ein "telnet localhost" ohne jeglichen Prot bringt (da telnet abgeschlatet): --- snip --- jan@pc_jan:~ > telnet localhost Trying ::1... telnet: connect to address ::1: Connection refused Trying 127.0.0.1... telnet: connect to address 127.0.0.1: Connection refused Trying localhost... telnet: connect to address localhost: No such file or directory jan@pc_jan:~ > --- snap --- Und wenn du dir bei einem neueren (ab SuSE 7.0 glaub ich) SuSE Linux mal die /etc/hosts anschaust, siehst du dass das mit IPv6 zu tun hat: --- snip--- # -- special IPv6 addresses -- ::1 localhost ipv6-localhost ipv6-loopback fe00::0 ipv6-localnet ff00::0 ipv6-mcastprefix ff02::1 ipv6-allnodes ff02::2 ipv6-allrouters ff02::3 ipv6-allhosts --- snap --- Ist also voellig normal.
