Well, we'd need a feature in the build service to mark a team as
maintainer :-) Until then, it doesn't really matter who is marked as
the
maintainer of the various packages -- all the development should be
done
in GNOME:Contrib anyway, and the people who we think are experienced
enough are marked as maintainer of GNOME:Contrib.

Alright, that makes sense. 
In other words, I should submit a request in order to update
gtranslator in the future? :)
