Team,
We don't really have much in terms of process or plans for this - yet. https://conference.opensuse.org/#media states that the press should contact news.o.o team, that's good. We have now one journalist who wants to come, see below.
I know Swapnil won't need anything but for others, do we provide funds? And should we directly invite journalists?

To: Jos Poortvliet Hi Jos,
We would like to attend and cover the openSUSE Conference in Greece. What is the procedure for the press?

Funds? For their travelling/accommodation to come to the conference? Actually it was you Jos that told me what we could offer to PRESS personnel: - PRESS personnel mention on badge - Priority access for interviews - We have a 15-people capacity room on the first floor which we can provide for some hours for press personnel (other than that with wireless access to the internet they will be able to work from any place within the venue) Someone from our media partner, 'deltaHacker' magazine, will be joining. We don't know yet for others because we haven't sent out the announcement to media yet. I think we still need press people to register to the conf and it would be great if they could write 'PRESS' or sth relevant in their affiliation to make our life easier. The idea is that Swapnil will come to Greece at his own expenses? A month ago I also put a relevant task [1] in trello for media partner suggestions, so that someone could help out with this, but the tasked is not picked up till now.
