+- Update to version 0.12.0:
+ + Support buttons > BTN_BACK on mice.
+ + Add a property for tap drag lock.
+- Drop autoconf, automake and libtool BuildRequires, also stop
+ running autoreconf before configure. They were needed in the past
+ but we do not carry any patches anymore.
+- Remove emtpy post/postun sections.
