The ML2 plugin is the new Neutron default - LinuxBridge and Open vSwitch plugins are deprecated with Havana and will be dropped in Icehouse.
Do we have the plugin packaged for Havana? I don't see it directly...
It is part of the main package (openstack-neutron), we need to split it out and integrate it into the various setup frameworks that we have. It is on todo.
