Try this in a local checkout of a project: # mark PACKAGE for deletion (PACKAGE directory is deleted) $ osc delete PACKAGE # revert that change (PACKAGE directory is restored) $ osc revert PACKAGE # this shows no output $ osc status PACKAGE # note that PACKAGE is still marked for deletion (bug) $ grep PACKAGE .osc/_packages <package name="PACKAGE" state="D" /> If you now commit anything in PACKGE, it is deleted.
