[opensuse-buildservice] HOWTO build Vagrant boxes with OBS

Hello, My understanding is that OBS can build Vagrant boxes directly, but I have not found the relevant documentation. I have built OpenSUSE 13.2, Tumbleweed and SLE12 Vagrant boxes for libvirt using Kiwi for myself. I wish to share these the "right way". I am using these boxes for Ceph development. Thanks, Eric
