[opensuse-buildservice] update of Base:System input-utils with split and rename

Hi, Some time ago I sumbled upon input-utils [1] package and found it's quite outdated. The project has changed it's main location, got renamed and splitted. Now it's linuxconsoletools [2] and evtest [3]. Now, how do I push it to Base:System? Should I just submit requests to add new packages and delete the old one?
