Hi, While I was updating my local OBS instance from 1.6.0 to 2.0.5, I found that the source server and repo server ports have changed since 1.6.0. They were previously 6362 and 6262, respectively. In 2.0.5, they are now 5352 and 5252. I couldn't find this information in README.UPDATERS. Because of this change, none of my workers would bootstrap - upgrading obs-worker RPM too didn't help. So here's a very small patch that adds this config change in README.UPDATERS. It would be nice if someone could proof-read it once. Thanks and regards, Srinidhi. diff --git a/dist/README.UPDATERS b/dist/README.UPDATERS index 4ac877f..76a8cec 100644 --- a/dist/README.UPDATERS +++ b/dist/README.UPDATERS @@ -92,6 +92,19 @@ For Updaters from OBS 1.6 # obsstoragesetup # obsapisetup +4) Update worker configuration + + In each of your workers, edit /etc/sysconfig/obs-worker and change the + values for following two variables: + + OBS_SRC_SERVER="<src-server>:6362" + OBS_REPO_SERVERS="<repo-server>:6262" + + to: + + OBS_SRC_SERVER="<src-server>:5352" + OBS_REPO_SERVERS="<repo-server>:5252" + For Updaters from OBS 0.9.x releases ==================================== -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+help@opensuse.org
