Got a Ubuntu packaging problem... I´ve specified debhelper as a build dependency in debian.control and <myprojectname>.dsc , but I still
From memory, I think you also need to specify it in control.dsc. Check project home:andrew_z and package bleachbit for an example.

Thanks Andrew
I looked at your project, and I have the same debhelper entries as you do in <projectname>.dsc and debian.control. I noticed that your project isn't currently building for Ubuntu, due to an unrecognized file, otherwise I would have done a comparison of the build logs. My error occurs after the point where your build stops.
Take another look. Last night I uploaded a major release, and OBS needed a requirement for desktop-file-utils to finish the build.

Thanks, I got it working. I couldn't see any difference (other than ordering of lines) so I copied your .dsc and .control files over, then edited them to point to my source files. I'm getting further before the build breaks now - but now it's breaking because of things I can understand and fix :) Cheers, KEv. -- Kevin James Applied Technology Senior Strategist Novell Global Enablement ------------------------ Novell, Inc. http://www.novell.com -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+help@opensuse.org
