osc version: RPM has osc-0.99-99.1

Well, for me this happens often, that I add an extra space at wrong
places :-)

Hm, osc will try to commit changes for the 3 files -, m, update.
That's the same as osc ci foobar, and osc should handle that diferently
indeed.

P.S. should "nown" be "known"?
