'uname -p' expanded into "Dual-Core AMD Opteron(tm) Processor 8214" and broke the makefile (due to various quoting issues)
Is such a value to be expected? Should I perhaps be using 'uname -i' instead if I'm looking for i386/ x86_64/... ?
slackware has a similar issue. uname -p on suse just reports x86_64 -- openSUSE - SUSE Linux is my linux openSUSE is good for you www.opensuse.org --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+help@opensuse.org
