Hi all. I'd like to create a dir into the buildroot PATH by using the output of a variable. Let me explain. Imagine something like: perl=`rpm -q --queryformat='%{VERSION}' perl` Then: echo $perl 5.8.8 So the point really is, I'd like to do something like: mkdir -p $RPM_BUILD_ROOT/`echo $perl` In orded to create the directory, calling it as the perl version installed in the system. Is that possible? Any ideas will be really appreaciated. All the best. Manuel. -- Manuel Arostegui Ramirez.
