Old osc/build package (or Peter hasn't added support for "runscripts" yet). But you can consider those as warnings, it doesn't break the real build.
Both osc and build are as recent as possible: # rpm -q osc build osc-0.9-40.1 build-2007.03.12-3.1
Does this mean that the fix is part of an osc or build rpm, that will be released soon (some days/weeks from now)?
Fix is part of osc and will (hopefully) released soon. But as I said, those messages are annoying but harmless.
