My standard repo is http://download.opensuse.org/update/leap/15.2/oss/x86_64/ and the default kernel version there is kernel-default-5.3.18-lp152.20.7.1.x86_64.rpm

This kernel is known to be buggy about USB audio. The fix is present only in the kernel in OBS Kernel:openSUSE-15.2, so far.
