I've upgraded the kernel to kernel-default-5.3 from here: http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Kernel:/HEAD/standard/x86_64/
But I have the same problem as with Kernel 4.12.
Then I've tried Mageia-7.1-Live-Plasma-x86_64 (Kernel 5.1) to see if it's a general Problem with the newer Kernels. But Mageia 7.1 works like a charm (Suspend to RAM and resume).

Still hoping for a fix. I am using openSUSE/SUSE Linux since Version 5. :-) OTOH I really would like to able to "suspend-to-RAM".
