--- Comment #6 from Matthias Gerstner
python2-backports.ssl_match_hostname is "3.7.0.1-1.3"
(small mistake in description: "use it like this::" - two colons, mistake is also in Leap 15.0)
you can make a submission to devel:languages:python/python-backports.ssl_match_hostname in the open build service to fix this. But the text might have been even copied from upstream.
The directory /usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/backports/ssl_match_hostname exists but has no contents.
Well there we have the problem. I get the feeling this is no general problem but an individual issue with your system. Please try to reinstall: ``` zypper in -f python2-backports.ssl_match_hostname ``` and see whether this fixes your problem. Regarding priority we can happily increase it but I fear it won't speed things up since we have no dedicated maintainers for these packages and also when the information flow does not speed up there is little we can do when we can't reproduce the problem on our setups. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
