Seen in today's TW update (20190630):
---8<--- (435/589) Installing: udisks2-2.8.3-1.1.x86_64 ........................[done] Additional rpm output: Failed to try-restart clean-mount-point@.service: Unit name clean-mount-point@.service is missing the instance name. See system logs and 'systemctl status clean-mount-point@.service' for details. --->8---
Interestingly, this can't be reproduced with 'zypper in -fy udisks2' (similar as for arpwatch in boo#1135319).
That is caused by the systemd postuninstall macro of udisks2: --> test "$DISABLE_RESTART_ON_UPDATE" != yes -a "$DISABLE_RESTART_ON_UPDATE" != 1 &&\ /usr/bin/systemctl try-restart clean-mount-point@.service || : fi --< Obviously, a template cannot be restarted. The udisks2 specfile has: --> %postun -n %{name} %service_del_postun udisks2.service %service_del_postun clean-mount-point@.service --< Franck, what is the general handling here, does the %service_del_postun macro need to be called for templates at all? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
