It has been fixed in yast2-packager-4.0.73
(https://github.com/yast/yast-packager/pull/408/files) for SLE15/Leap15.
However the latest package in the openSUSE-Leap-15.0-Update repository is
yast2-packager-4.0.71.
The submit request to SLE15 has been accepted
(https://build.suse.de/request/show/186557), it just seems that releasing it by
the maintenance team will take some, but it is already on the way...
