YaST should be executing this command
/bin/rpm -q --qf '%{NAME}' -p
/tmp/mozilla_adamm0/google-chrome-stable_current_x86_64.rpm
But it looks like, instead of that, YaST is executing some broken command like
this:
/bin/rpm -q --qf '%%{NAME}' -p
/tmp/mozilla_adamm0/google-chrome-stable_current_x86_64.rpm
Note the double %%.
The error was for sure introduced in this recent change
