Moin, i used to work with elixir with leap15.
Hello,
Here is my env:
'erlang-20.3.8.15-lp150.2.3.4.x86_64'. The highest available version is already installed. 'elixir-1.8.1-12.8.noarch'. The highest available version is already installed.

You are running elixir built for Factory with erlang 21.x using erlang 20.x run-time. It is generally not a good idea.
# How to reproduce:
using any elixir tool produce a crash.
E.g:
mix new foo
produce :
--_>
{"init terminating in do_boot",{undef,[{elixir,start_cli,[],[]},{init,start_em,1,[]},{init,do_boot, 3,[]}]}} init terminating in do_boot ({undef,[{elixir,start_cli,[],[]},{init,start_em,1,[]},{init,do_boot,3,[]}]})
Crash dump is being written to: erl_crash.dump...done
