You are right, this library should have stayed.
Note that in LLVM 6 and higher the library for fuzzing is in:
/usr/lib64/clang/<version>/lib/linux/libclang_rt.fuzzer-x86_64.a
That is more appropriate place. It is not mixed together with the other static
LLVM libraries and wasn't removed.
But in Leap 15.0 we still have llvm5 which had it in
/usr/lib64/libLLVMFuzzer.a. I'll make a subpackage for llvm5 that will bring it
back.
If you want, as a workaround you can use llvm6 or llvm7 from:
