[Bug 1087860] wine repeatedly asks to install wine-mono even though the package wine-mono was installed

The mentioned SR is stuck because the package in the current state includes the pre-built .msi file, i.e. "binary blob" which is not acceptable for submission into openSUSE:Factory.
