I'm sure zypper could be made more robust to install it's own infrastructure first. Nevertheless going from TW to Leap is not something I'd expect to work well in general as time goes by, so just don't do that :)
Especially not in an online-migration style. If, then boot from the NET installer/DVD and perform an offline migration (offline/online used as with the SLE upgrade scenario and does not refer to the network status)
Yep I agree it should not work 100% and be tested, just zypper infra should be robust enough to not explode on its own, esp if it is cheap, you can just "zypper in <subsetofpkgs> ; zypper dup" to get it working. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
