[Bug 1088140] The GNOME "Disks" utility was not installed with the MATE desktop environment

In any case, I'm pretty sure it was in the MATE pattern in Leap 42.x. It's not a hard requirement, obviously, but saves the user from having to install this very useful GUI utility separately.
