- Regarding b): See the release notes: https://www.suse.com/releasenotes/x86_64/SUSE-SLES/15/#fate-323373 item 9.3.3. Instead of xinetd, systemd socket activation is used now. There is a suitable systemd file installed in /usr/lib/systemd/system/rsyncd.socket. Please refer to the systemd documentation for more about this.
