I think I have figured out what cause that YaST2 fonts shrink to halph size on
Gnome on the XPS13 HiDpi display.

Opening Gnome Tweak | Fonts shows the scale factor is set to 1.25 by default.
Try ot increase this scale factor to 1.35, and so log out and in again.

Now YaST2 fonts have changed and shrinked to about halph size (the opposite of
what it is expected to be).
