http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1083769 Bug ID: 1083769 Summary: Installation does not partition whole drive Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE Distribution Version: Leap 15.0 Hardware: x86-64 OS: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Installation Assignee: yast2-maintainers@suse.de Reporter: tbqhmhsfamilam@gmail.com QA Contact: jsrain@suse.com Found By: --- Blocker: --- Downloaded and installed off the Leap 15 beta Live CD (KDE) 03/01/2018. I notice in the installer that it does not automatically partition my whole disk even if I ask it to delete all existing data - instead it wants to use only 100 GiB or so. I have to go in and resize the volumes to my liking manually. I would expect the installer to select and partition my whole hard drive if I'm overwriting all existing data there, but instead it only proposes to use a portion of it. I can work around this issue by manually resizing and enlarging the suggested volumes. Thanks for your attention. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
