This happened on Tumbleweed KDE fresh install and started after NetworkManager stored WiFi password for the first time. Workaround: Make the the wifi connection and password stored for all users. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Fresh install Tumbleweed KDE Desktop 2. Boot 3. Save wifi password 4.
