Bug ID: 1051491
Summary: Raid not assemble at boot
Classification: openSUSE
Product: openSUSE Tumbleweed
Version: Current
Hardware: x86-64
OS: SUSE Other
Status: NEW
Severity: Normal
Priority: P5 - None
Component: Other

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36
(KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36
Build Identifier:

I installed a network version of Tumbleweed. I have a soft raid 5 + and system
disk.
The installation is done on the system disk.
The raid is not recognized and not present in the partitioner. I assemble it
and create the /etc/mdadm.conf (abscent). I can assemble. the read5 is clean
and witha persistent superblock. I can mount it manually. /proc/mdstat says
that everything is fine. but it's never recognized at boot.
So I installed leap 4.3. the read is recognized and mountable via the
partitioner

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Need an existing raid and a hdd for the system
2.Install tumbleweed via network on the system hdd.
3.
Actual Results:
Raid not recognized nor assemble nor mounted

Expected Results:
Raid recognized and assembled at boot time. visible in the partitioner
