I logged a bug about the missing DBus configuration:
https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1035555
In my case I pulled the config file out of my Leap install.
For the issue where the kernel doesn't route TCP over IPSec (1045834), I keep a
4.10 kernel around just so that IPSec will work.
