--- Comment #2 from Fabian Vogt ---
Akonadi didn't crash, mysqld did:
org.kde.pim.akonadiserver: DATABASE ERROR:
org.kde.pim.akonadiserver: Error code: 2013
org.kde.pim.akonadiserver: DB error: "Lost connection to MySQL server during
query"
org.kde.pim.akonadiserver: Error text: "Lost connection to MySQL server
during query QMYSQL3: Unable to execute statement"
org.kde.pim.akonadiserver: Query: "UPDATE PartTable SET pimItemId = :0,
partTypeId = :1, data = :2, datasize = :3, version = :4, external = :5 WHERE (
id = :6 )"
org.kde.pim.akonadiserver: Error during updating record with id 85119 in table
"PartTable" "Lost connection to MySQL server during query QMYSQL3: Unable to
execute statement"
org.kde.pim.akonadiserver: database server stopped unexpectedly
org.kde.pim.akonadiserver: Database error: DataStore::rollbackTransaction
org.kde.pim.akonadiserver: Last driver error: "QMYSQL: Unable to rollback
transaction"
org.kde.pim.akonadiserver: Last database error: "MySQL server has gone away"
So please attach .local/share/akonadi/db_data/mysql.err and try to debug it a
bit.
Maybe looking at the build logs and emitted warnings of mysql (mariadb?) would
give some clues.
