Moreover, it is very simple to reproduce :
Virtualbox not launched:
$ ip a
<no vboxnet0 in the output>
Launch Virtualbox (of course, with a vboxnet0 configured in the global network
settings) and now :
$ ip a
5: vboxnet0: mtu 1500 qdisc noop state DOWN group default
qlen 1000
link/ether 0a:00:27:00:00:00 brd ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff
As you can see, the interface is down and unconfigured.
The expected behavior, and the one I had on other distros, is that the
interface is brought up and with the relevant IP address as configured in the
settings.
