## Overview

The program `qr`, which can be used from the command line to create QR codes,
fails with the following output:

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/usr/bin/qr", line 5, in <module>
from pkg_resources import load_entry_point
ImportError: No module named pkg_resources

## Steps to reproduce

1. Install package python-qrcode.
2. Run `qr "test"`.

## Actual result

Program fails with ImportError.

## Expected result

QR code is generated.

## Build and hardware

USB/DVD install on 64bit laptop, updated to build 0251.

## Additional information

Looks similar to Bug 957885, which was resolved by adding python-distribute as
a dependency.
