I have a 40 GB root partition and I am using Tumbleweed. After several months
usage, snapper will gradually eat up all root partition space by snapshots.
Until here is only 1 GB left and some software start to crash.

Here is no warning or any kind of notification tell users that the root
partition is full, you need to delete some snapshots.
